AviChina arranged for senior management of relevant companies in charge of finance, securities, and legal affairs to attend the overseas listed company governance training program at Hong Kong from Oct.17 to Oct.22 organized by Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries (HKICS) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.

In the five days training program, professionals from HKICS, professional lawyers and accountants of Hong Kong explained to trainees the governance principles and methods, laws and regulations, financial and accounting report systems of both Hong Kong and mainland. Trainees also visited Hong Kong Independent Commission Against Corruption.

This training program improves trainees’ understanding on listed company governance, esp. governance requirements of Hong Kong, which would strengthen listed company governance and internal controls.
